For a boy who's body is made up of literally nothing but open wounds, Meat Boy must be getting so many diseases from being in that water. Being in perfectly clean water would likely make him deathly sick. He should be vomiting up blood right now. He should be colored green due to bacteria, but he isn't for some reason (Maybe it's not pictured). His immune system must be otherworldly. His white blood cells probably run military schools in his lymph nodes.

How do the characters wearing helmets drink their beers? I presumed it was by taking off their helmets, then drinking but I saw Doom Slayer drink his beer with his helmet still on. Did he carve a hole through his helmet (not pictured) to drink it? Does he do it through that vent thing at the front of his helmet? Does the beer have special material phasing technology? Please answer.
