Introduction:

Hello Dear Viewers. Welcome to All News: Balloonshroom's Monthly Update Blog. This is the News Post where I give you ALL the latest info on what's up with Balloonshroom during any particular month. The month this time is June in the year 2024.

In the first section, I'll show the currently released projects and some upcoming ones. In the second section I will recommend some Newgrounders that I am a fan of/ follow me. In the third section I talk about things I have on my mind. The fourth section shows the question of the month and weekly advice.

This is the first entry in this blog series. If you have any suggestions for what I should do for this, Let me know.

Some Recommendations:

@TadIsHere. They make some good art. They are also my first fan. You should check them out.

@DrunkGecko. Their audio seems good. I watch a lot of their YTPs. You should give them a try. If you haven't already.

@Emrox. I am a huge fan of Emrox. I loved their Flash Forward Submission For 2024. Easily one of my favorite games on the site. I highly recommend this account.

@Tyhond. Not only is he a great artist, he makes LOTS of art too. I like his whole big interconnected world he has going on. I wish I had the skill, drive, and passion to make tons of art for my worlds and flesh them all out as much as he does for his universe (I call it the Hondiverse).

I wonder what happened to @Magic-Fox on Newgrounds. Her Scratch Profile is pretty active (you should probably check out her account BTW). Why did she stop posting here? Ehhh I won't ask her I just hope she's doing alright now.

Some Comments:

June 1st: I just realized I've never shared any of the lore of my projects with anyone else... ever. I have dozens of stories and unrevealed ideas about my art, animations and games completely unknown to any person but myself. Huh. Perhaps I should tell some of this stuff to someone.

June 2nd: Hey does anyone have any ideas for what the Ping and Murz art should look like? By the way, I'd like to share Ping and Murz lore on Newgrounds. Should I add it to the Ping and Murz art or should I make it a separate news post? Leave a comment if you have any ideas on these 2 questions.

June 3rd: 3 days into the month and I still don't have any art. I certainly won't make my monthly quota at this rate. Also, Does anyone want to make art about Ping and Murz? It would fit with pride month. Anyone? At all?

So I've been rewatching The Brackenwood Series and I've noticed that @chluaid has a LOT of art kept in BiteyCastle that he hasn't released on Newgrounds. I wonder why he hasn't posted all that art on Newgrounds. I would ask him but at this point I'm not sure if he even uses Newgrounds anymore. He hasn't posted in a while.

Has he... FORGOTTEN Newgrounds? Does he not care about this site anymore? That's probably it, he doesn't even want to acknowledge this site. He's probably moved on from us. How tragic. Another Newgrounds star, vanished.

Aw man, who do we even have left at this point? Krinkels? The FNF Devs? The-Swain? Um, Tom Fulp? Who even is he? No one cares about Tom Fulp. Now Chluaid? HE was someone to remember. RIP Chluaid, gone but not forgotten.

June 5th: I hate not having the motivation to do art. I really want to finish my art on time but I just can't bring myself to do it right now. I hope this dry spell ends soon. I don't want to delay my art any further.

June 13th: I've made 2 pieces of art within last week but that's not enough to meet the artificial quota I set up for myself for no reason. At this rate, I'll have less art than May 2024. Aw man.

June 16th: Unfortunately due to complete lack of motivation I don't have art for fathers day. I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I'm not sure if I'll even be able to do all the other art at this rate. It's times like this where I wish I had the money to commission people to make art for me.

June 20th: Well guys, it looks like yet another one of my laptops is breaking. You know what that means.

Why does this keep happening? I swear I don't do anything out of the ordinary with them. They just break on their own. At least I don't try to break them. Well in any case, if you try to contact me in the near future and I don't respond, just assume that worst came to worst.

The first laptop I had didn't break for a long while. The second one too. This one only lasted 6 months. It's such a shame. I wish I could have had a laptop that didn't break within a few months or years. I'd like one that actually lasts a while. Like say... 5-10 years. That would be nice. Unfortunately, reality is not so kind to my electronics.

You know, my family had a family laptop that lasted a long while... i think. I don't remember how long it lasted but I remember it being present throughout a lot of my childhood. Wish I had a laptop like that. You know, that family laptop was pretty bulky. My laptop is slim and it's breaking along the hinge. I wonder if that's why that laptop lasted for a while with while my laptops repeatedly break along the hinges or the bottom screen edge seam.

Anyways, my laptop currently has one foot in the grave. Unless I can get it to a repair shop or replace it, that's pretty much the end of Balloonshroom. It feels like career ending catastrophes have been happening a lot lately. I wish I could go a full year without something happening that could ruin my online life.

Weekly Advice

Week 1: You should brush your teeth and (probably) floss. Dental hygiene is important.

Week 2: Stay organized and keep belongings in a safe spot that you can remember easily. (SOAK BIAS STY CRE)

Week 3: Remember to chew your food thoroughly before swallowing. I have choked MANY times from forgetting this.

Week 4: Remember to save electricity by turning off and unplugging things you don't need on.

Question Of The Month: What would you do if you had unlimited power over reality itself?

Bit on an existential question, I know, but I just want to provoke a meaningful thought out of you. You can't expect easy readings ALL the time. This blog should be no exception. Besides, I got to do something to keep reader engagement up.
